Pewaukee, WI – Nearly four decades after Tony Goff and his father, Bob Goff, founded Goff’s Enterprises, the company is entering its next chapter with the appointment of Josh Brown as President of the renamed “Goff’s Performance Solutions.” The announcement represents the successful culmination of a long-planned leadership succession designed to position Goff’s for continued growth for decades to come.
What began in 1987 with a $30 investment and a card table in the corner of the family’s autobody shop has grown into one of North America’s leading manufacturers of industrial space separation products. Under Tony Goff’s leadership as President for the past 39 years, Goff’s has built a reputation for innovation, exceptional quality, and customer service while expanding its product portfolio and serving customers across North America.
Brown’s appointment reflects the strength of the organization and a carefully planned transition that ensures continuity for employees, customers, distributors, and suppliers. As Founder, Tony Goff will continue to support the company in his ongoing role as a member of the Board of Directors, helping ensure a smooth leadership transition while allowing Brown and his leadership team to guide Goff’s next chapter.

His extensive industry knowledge, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to operational excellence make him uniquely qualified to lead Goff’s into the future.
